  Blog content is primarily written text in English. Not a photo gallery, video channel, or portfolio site.

  Active and independent

  Published within the last 12 months. The blog is the primary purpose of the site, not a section within a professional or commercial page. On its own domain, not a platform subdomain.

  Readable

  Loads quickly with a working layout. No ads, paywalls, or interstitials. Has a meta description. Served over HTTPS.

  Identifiable author

  The author is a real person with some visible information about who they are. Author is based in a real, identifiable city, not just a country.

  Good citizen

  No hate speech, discriminatory, or harassing content. Has an RSS or Atom feed.

How submissions work

Anyone can submit a blog. Every submission is reviewed manually against the criteria above. If it passes, it gets added to the directory with its city and country.

If your blog is not listed within 5 business days, it has been reviewed and did not meet the criteria.
